Slack Chat went wrong while committing issue

Today we got an error when using JSM Chat app in slack to create an request. The message reported by Assist is as shown in the picture. I would like to ask where I should check the error log to locate the reason why the request cannot be committed.

I suggest you try to delete this app and reinstall it again.
