Solutions for IT Software Asset Management

Hello everyone.
I need help from this community to try to provide a solution to a specific asset management query. In this case only for software asset management.

We are working on a solution to implement, together with Insight, a software asset management that allows us to:

• Account for the use of software product licenses at a customer. Identify how many software licenses are in use
• Perform a software contract management activities. Compare the number of licenses acquired by the customer with the licenses in use
• Generate a report and compliance audit of the usage level of the contracted licenses. Some kind of report must be included in the solution

If any of you have experience or can direct us to any application that integrates with Jira Service Management / Insight for software asset control, it would be of great help.
