We started using the following plugin and noticed that some custom fields are not available for reporting such as filtering, grouping while other custom fields are available. Permission and assigned screen match between them
Please let us know the Custom field you are looking for filtering?
It could be that the field type is not currently supported in our Filter. Kindly provide us with the requested info by raising a support ticket ( support@view26.com), and I will ask the team to add support.
