Some email requests not being received

I have got an issue where emails are being sent to Jira Service Management but only 3/4 out of 12 emails are being received and logged.

I have checked the logs in jira -> products -> jira service management -> email requests -> view logs.

I cant see any rejects, is there any other logs i can check to see if they have even hit Jira? My IT teams are telling me its been sent and they have had no bounce backs

Ah interesting, its weird that some are getting through and some are not.

I will raise a support request with atlassian and see how that goes

Hi @steven.allcock welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Sometimes, an email domain is blocked at Atlassian and you need to get in touch with them directly via support to have it removed from the "blacklist".

This is caused by the O365 outage from last week.

Same issue here, it seems like this started happening from last friday (March 3rd) aprox.

We use Microsoft 365 for email if it's any help.
