No puedo editar campos personalizados que fueron creados por otro administrador, necesito agregar campos nuevos y de la misma forma no se me permite

Hi Carlos,

If I understand correctly, you do not have the ability to change a custom field on a project.  From reviewing your account, you do not appear to be an administrator on this site.

You would need to get a different user that has the administer Jira global permissions to grant you that same permission.  This is typically done by adding your account to a group that has that permission level, such as jira-administrators or site-admins (if the default group names are kept within your Jira Cloud site).
