Sprint Health gadget is not displaying data for inactive sprints

I created a dashboard that uses the Sprint Health gadget. We use the dashboard to report on sprints that have closed, rather than reporting on active sprints. Previously, the gadget showed the data for a closed sprint. Now, the gadget is returning a message saying 'no active sprint.'

Have you changed how this gadget works?

Hi @Clare Weston -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I do not believe the "Sprint Health" gadget you show is the built-in one from Atlassian; instead it is from a marketplace vendor as an addon.

Please check with your Jira Site Admin to identify the vendor and then contact them for support.
