A lot of our customers who want to give their rating track up their old mail but when they click on a star, it gives them this:
Additionally, can I possibly give my customers the star rating panel on a custom email but calling some sort of code or API?

Is it happening only for old surveys? Are the new ones working as expected?

Also, ask them to check the developer tools on the browser to see if it shows any other error message.
