What is the Legacy Automation in Jira Service Management for the ticket that is in resolved state should automatically changes to closed state from resolve state after completing 48 hours
Hi @jakeeryasmin are you specifically looking for the Legacy Automation code, or would the new Automation code work in this situation? I know in the new Automation Library there is already a template there for Auto Closing in 5 days that should be easily tweaked to 2 days for you. I'm using it and it's working great.

But I am looking only through the Legacy Automation. Please can you let me know is there any Legacy Automation Rule for this Query.(Once the ticket is resolved after 48 hours it should automatically move to Closed status in JSM)
