Is it possible to put the status field in the form when creating an issue?
I have seen that my status field is locked and is not added to any screen.
I want to add it to the issue creation form so that the agents can put the status for example resolved if they do it by phone in a first call.
But I don't see this possibility, when I try to see the status field, it appears in the issue view, but I can't add it to the request form
I know it is an internal field for Jira, but is it possible to put it in this form?

Hi Mónica,
No, there is no way to do that because when you create an issue it will always get created in the first status of the workflow. You can create a custom field with a dropdown of various values that the custom can select so your agent will know - but you can't use the actual status field.
