I have recently been testing the built-in CSAT survey for a team-managed project. I'm aware that the responses get captured and stored in the standard "Satisfaction" report but I'm wondering if the responses can also get stored and displayed in a field in the specific issues?
I noticed that the CSAT response appears in the activity line of the specific issue as:
[User] updated the Satisfaction [Date] at [Time]
None -> [Rating]
but is there a way to display the rating on the issue (in a custom field or similar?) so that when the issue gets exported, the rating will be visible?
