We are exploring the Jira portal for our IT Service Desk and hope to have users directly logging support tickets via the portal. We want to use the Jira feature that suggests articles based on the content of the request summary. (Love this feature!)
We store our User Documentation in our SharePoint environment and don't wish to duplicate the documents in a Jira Space. We would like to link article suggestions to our User Documentation repository.
Is there a way we can achieve this? appreciate any guidance you may have. thank you
Hello @Sue Paterniti,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
When it comes to the Knowledge base on Jira Service Management, it’s only possible to link Confluence spaces.
There is a feature request suggesting improvements for that:
Please, click on vote and also watch the ticket above to receive updates from our product teams.
For now, as a workaround, you can add the link to SharePoint on the announcements of the help center and on each portal (project), so customers can easily find the link.
Kind regards,
Angélica
