Hey community,

I've linked a confluence space to my portal.

When creating a new issue via the portal it suggests informations from confluence pages of this space, which is great.

Is there a way to apply this to the portal issues that have been shared with me as well?

Basically the same function that also suggests similar issues on this topic in the agent view?

I would like to draw the creator's attention to the fact that someone else has already reported the problem.

Hi @Jason Walther ,

No this is not possible by default.

I'm thinking this might also be some kind of security / privacy concern giving people access to other people tickets without them explicetely sharing them.
