Suggest tools to generate JSM Project metrics

Hi Admins,

Can you please suggest any third party tools which can able to show out of the box metrics of Jira Service Management Projects. We don't want to try add-ons as they are charging based on the highest user count of any Atlassian tool in our organization. Which costs more for us, because we have greater user count in Jira Software. Can you please suggest any tool which can be integrated with JSM cloud  tool.

Did you check JSM built-in reports? What metrics you want to present in reports?
