Surveys for Jira - lots of work to do for analysis

Hi all,

we use "Surveys for Jira" for roughly one year to gather feedback from our customers. The plug in causes a huge workload for configuration as there is no option to share created surveys with other or all project. We currently have 20 external service project and so we had to do the setup 20 times. Allways the same work.

Once the setup is done it works fine. Collecting feedback runs smoothley, BUT:

If you want to analyse the feedback you have to export the it manually from every single project. We then put all the 20 files into one "overwiev"-file to be able to compare the progress from month to month. This is more than just annoying and uncomfortable. 

My technical expert said there is no way to collect data via API.

Does anyone of you have an idea how to reduce this workload?
