Is it possible to sync the custom field and "Raise this request on behalf of"? Custom field "Name of the user (customfield_11556)"
Already resolved. I removed the displayName in the end.
When I tried to test the ticket it says that the user is inactive. But when I checked the User Management the user profile is active.
