We want to add a table in some of our service requests and were using "Table Grid Next Generation" add-on but due to compatibility issue with some other add-ons we have decide to disable "Table Grid Next Generation" add-on.
What are other add-ons available on marketplace, please suggest.
Many thanks
Hello @Waqar Mustafa ,
Have you looked at ProForma? The app was acquired by Atlassian and is now natively included in JSM cloud, which could be useful if you migrate in the near future.
Thanks Laura. I will test this add-on in my environment.

Hi Waqar,
You can create a custom field that looks like a table (but not only, it's very flexible) using Bundled Fields from Extension for Jira Service Management. (Or maybe have you already installed this app because it's very popular?) This app offers not only Bundled fields, but also well-known Dynamic Forms or Visibility features. So it's a good investment in your JSM.
Could you please write more details about the "compatibility issue"? Did you contact the vendor? Very often vendors cooperate and add compatibilities between their apps, so I recommend you to contact them if you really like this app and it's useful to your processes.
Cheers,

Hi Katarzyna,
thanks for your suggestion.
Yes, we have installed this add-on and testing. I have 1 very important use case:
1- Use a dynamic field in Bundled fields.
We have created a bundled form that contains select list sub field called Date, and it has 2 options permanent and specified. If the user select specified option then user has to select From Date and To Date, and if the user select Permanent then nothing need to select.
Regards,
Waqar

Have you follow-up with Table Grid Next Generation vendor to try to overcome your issue with compatibility some other add-ons?
As mentioned by @Julie d_Antin _Elements_ - Forms (previous know as Proforma) is now a part of JSM product in both Data Center/Cloud. It could give you the ability to create custom form, but I am not aware of any functionality that will give you the table grid setup/table grid custom field setup.

Yes, we have been working with vendors to resolve compatibility issue.
Forms (previous know as Proforma) is very expensive add-on.

Was the vendor able to resolve the compatibility issue? In regards to Forms, unfortunately it is still a separate add-on for JSM on-prems env. On the CLOUD side (Premium subscription or above), it is a part of JSM out of the box. Yes, it is an expensive add-on, but it will not give you the table like functionality that you are looking for.
