Hello,
I sent a table to an end user, screenshot attached, but the user informed me that they did not receive it. When I downloaded and opened the .eml file in Outlook, I see that they are right and that the table did indeed not print in the email that was sent out by JSM. Any suggestions or ideas for why that might be?
If Atlassian Support would like to work with me directly on this matter, please let me know and I can send the raw .eml file to further illustrate the issue I am describing.
