Teams message and email issue

Hello!

Issue1 - When sending out Teams messages using webhook, Jira is not able send the full description of the issue when using {{issue.description}} in message, just sending first 1 or 2 lines when there are multiple paragraphs. When everything is added to one para in issue description it sends whole description.

Issue 2 - Hyperlinks sent via email are not working in Microsoft Teams message. I am unable to click them in teams to open in default browser.

Could you please let me know these can be fixed?
