Templates with tiles on service portal

I see that in standard  plan for jsm this template with tiles is available. But when I take a look at the template I do not understand how to create the tiles on the customer portal. Can anybody help me or direct me to good documentation, instructions. best regards Ásta

Tiles on the customer portal are JSM project ins the system.

Each tile represents a JSM project
