Text addition into the second (confirmation) screen of Self portal in JSM

Hello, 

I´d like to ask for support, as I haven´t found anything in documentation. 

We´d like to add one sentence in the yellow marked area into this screen (see picture).

Is that even possible? If so, how?

No, you will not be able to modify the screen. I suggest you open a support ticket with Atlassian for their feedback.
