Hi,
I am creating an workflow for the change request with each status change has specific list of approvers. I used below steps to create the approver list.
a). Created a project role.
b). Assigned set of users to the Project Role
c). Created a Custom column with Multi user pick option
d). Under user filtering section of the custom column used the Project role created.
4). Used the custom column in the Status approval properties.
After publishing the workflow, I am not able to see the approve tab as well the list of approvals in the change request status screen.

Can you share some screenshots? Please include the overall workflow as well as the individual status with the approval details shown.
Also, are you using the Approvers field for the approvals?
