I'm not understanding this situation, where we send a mail to our Jira instance and it doesn't create a ticket. Normally it creates a new ticket, but we now get two 'failed' after trying to create a ticket based on email (see attachment). error message: "Aanmelden op dit moment niet beschikbaar" translated: "Sign up/logon not available at the moment"
Any idea on how to fix this?
Do you have the project as Open or only customers added by agents?
