Ticket response templates

Is it possible to have a dropdown of various preset response templates to choose from that can be selected and added to ticket comments?

Hi @Joe Giannetti ,

On Cloud that's unfortunately not (yet) possible out of the box. 

However it is being worked on: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-631

You could look at the marketplace in the meantime depending on how urgent this feature is for you. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&query=canned%20responses

Welcome to the community.  I agreed with what @Dirk Ronsmans suggestion.  In our env, our agent team are handling this via business process trainings where they developed a set of templates to use when conducting ticket commenting.   It is manual, but there is no cost since no additional add-on are needed.
