Tickets of the Service Desk migration not appearing

Admin March 16, 2023

Yesterday I performed a test migration of a Jira Service Management project from a Jira Server to the Cloud site. When the migration was finished as it is shown in the images attached below:

I checked if the tickets of the new project created (the one of the migration) were available to see but there were no tickets at all and I couldn´t see the customers but I was able to check its issue types and workflows. I have waited until this morning in case the data had to take some time to show up as it is said in the first message but everything is still the same (no tickets and no customers).

Do I have to wait more or is there any issue with the migration?

Thank you in advance.

Regards.

Hi @Admin

Please check the post-migration report of your migration (summary + requires attention)

as well as the permissions in your Cloud project.

Hi @Dave Mathijs ,

In the summary it says that all issues were successfully migrated and there is nothing in the requires attention file.

How can I check the permissions in the Cloud project then?

Thank you in advance

Regards
