Time Track and Pause

First A Requester creates request then Receiver receives the request. Receiver will give estimate time and send back to requester to approve, how much time receiver will take to resolve and when will Receiver start work to resolve the request. So How can Receiver resume and pause the estimated time when Receiver want to?

Please help!!
