To restrict the "Help Centre" view on JSM Portal for Customers

I have allowed my customers to submit a jira ticket without logging into Jira using my Project Customer Portal. But along with my Project Portal , user is able to see other project portals on the Help Centre as well. 

 

Please suggest , how can I restrict the Help Centre view so that my customer can only view the my portal using the link I share?

Hi @Harshit Grover ,

There can be two reasons for it.

  • In other projects "Anyone allowed on the customer access settings" is enabled in Customer permission section. Also check the "Customer Access" settings.
  • The user that you added is part of a "portal-only organization" and this organization is added to other service projects Customers.
