As a customer, I would like to access only the topics and portal that pertain to my account. While using the service portal, I've noticed that I can see other topics, but I cannot access them due to permission restrictions.
I would like to know if it's possible for a customer to view only their specific portal and the topics related to the knowledge base space.

According to this article, topics don't have permissions yet: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-and-manage-topics-in-your-help-center/

Maybe consider raising a feature request.
