Hi @Stefan M
For JSM there is available translation out of the box. Please read the documentation here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-is-language-support/
You can translate your:
portal, including announcements, field names, and portal name
request types
customer notifications
email templates

Hi @Stefan M ,
The following text "Welcome! You can..." is an Introduction text configured under Project settings > portal settings. So, when you go to the Language support section, you have to select Portal content and change it there:
"What can we help you with?" can't be translated. It's fixed text provided by JSM.
Best regards,
Kate

@Kate Pawlak _Appsvio_ thanks for answer. When testing in the browser version, the text translated but in the helpdesk application in ms teams it continues to be in English.
@Alex Koxaras _Relational_After selecting a request at the very top of the window it says in English "what can we help you with" . The same affliction as above - when I make a test request through the website this text is not even visible, it appears only in the application Helpdesk in ms teams.
I also don't see an option to translate ticket priority statuses.
