I'm transporting service projects from a team to a company managed and I struggling with how to keep some information.
I read this article:
Is there any way how to keep comments in the tickets? Or at least the attachment?
Also, as the team managed doesn't have a request type, is it possible to set all tickets to one req. type?
@Ondrej Holubovsky When you move the issue between the projects the comments and the attachments should remain. You will also be prompted to set the request type.
