Trying to Clean Up Email Received When Ticket is Assigned

How do I ensure the below is cleaned up in the body of the email when assigned?

When it comes to email signatures, currently, it’s not possible to remove them from incoming emails.

There is a feature request suggesting improvements for that:

•  Remove e-mail signatures from incoming mail

Please, click on vote and also watch to receive future updates.

Also, I would like to share that, if you are using a company-managed project, it’s worth checking the renderer of the fields Description and Comment. Usually, it shows the tags when the renderer is set to “Text” instead of “Wiki Style”.

If that’s the case, please go to Project settings > Fields. Click on the  icon and then, search for the description and click on “Renderers” so you can select “Wiki Style Renderer” > Update. Then, do the same for the field “Comment” if necessary.

This option is just for the format of the signature to not show the tags, but issues might still happen depending on the format of the signature.
