Did you create subscriptions to products through https://atlassian.com? Are you the Organization Admin and Product Admin for a set of products?
Or are you just able to access Atlassain products that others administer?
If you have set up subscriptions to products, follow the guidance in these documents to cancel your subscriptions and ultimately delete the Organization.

Do carefully read all the information in the documents. If you cancel the product subscriptions all the data will eventually be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. After cancelling subscriptions there is a delay before the cancellation takes affect, and a delay before the data is permanently deleted. The Organization cannot be deleted until the product subscriptions and data are permanently removed.
After you have cancelled your subscriptions, the data has been deleted, and you have deleted your Organization, you can then ask for your Atlassian Account to be deleted following the information in this document:
