If a URL with a reserved character like pipe "|" is sent in the body of an email to Jira Service Management, it will break the URL turning it into an invalid link.
Example URL:
https://www.example.com/example?query=my_query_with_a_pipe_|_and_nothing_else
Please help me find a work around rule where JIRA replace the pipes but does not make the URL invalid
