I have an account I would like to add as a Guest in our Confluence, for that I am adding the email address as a user and an invitation email is being sent.
When the user clicks on 'Accept' in the email, she gets redirected to the log in page, but the email is prefilled with her personal Atlassian account.
We have already tried disabling autofill in Chrome, but the email is still there. Also, she was logged into her company's Jira instance, when she clicked on the 'Accept' button in the email intended for another account I want to give access to, but she was not logged in to our Jira instance.
Have you maybe had something similar?
This is due to she is logged int to her company Jira and Atlassian cookies from the browser user this.
She should use an incognito window or another browser or log off from her company Jira, Confluence, etc..
@Marija Aleksejeva ~ another alternative to Marc's recommendation is to log out of Atlassian apps, clear the cache and then re-log in with the correct credentials.
