Unable to add a transition in Workflow

I have a workflow for off-boarding. I need to add another status as Closed and transition it from Resolved to closed. But I am unable to add the transition.

Hi, @Bindiya Vikram Naik !

To resolve it you should make a copy of workflow and configure this copy. After that you should associate it with current project and issuetypes.
