Time tracking feature is enabled on our Service Management project and we would like to display the Time tracking field like Original Estimates and Remaining time along with the bar graph on the Customer Support tickets raised by Customers through Service Desk portal. But unable to add the fields Original Estimates, Remaining time on the support tickets view in Jira Service Management Project.
Any specific configuration need to enabled? Please suggest.

Time tracking and Original estimate are internal fields and can’t be added to the customer portal.
There are feature requests suggesting improvements for that:
Please, click on vote and also watch to receive updates from our product managers.
For now, it’s possible only to add these fields to the agent view, so agents can log their work.
