Unable to allow access to the projects

There's an error every time I try to allow my costumers to access the Service Management projects in Jira. 

 

The other problem I'm having is when I try to plan an issue for someone on my team. After planning, when I refresh the page, the issues disappears for me. However, it appears to the person I planned the issue for.

Welcome to the community.

Unfortnately, you will have to provide more details on the error/issue (i.e. screenshot/error messages) on your ask for me to address the question.  Secondly, what do you mean by plan an issue for someone (i.e. assigning the issue to your team members)? what do you mean by issue disappears for you.

We need further details/clarification.

This is the error that is occurring:

The second image shows where the other problem is happening. Yes, when I try to assign the issue to my team members. When I refresh the page the issue that I planned disappears for me but my team members can see it.
