Hello,
We have some issues in our project that are not deleting. Due to this, our issue count is also increasing. I have tried it to delete from the admin as well but same result. I have also checked the permissions as well but every thing is ok. After pressing the delete button, getting a big error code, shared a few lines of it below:

Hi @Dheeren Padhey Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Looking at the error something related to LexoRank and Rank field but need to check the back end application logs for more details,
Try running the integrity check to fix if any database inconstancy that causing this issue and try reproducing this issue on lower instance by refreshing the prod data to lower instance to try the workarounds.
