Unable to edit Summary field

Hi there,

I have an issue need help please.

I have several JSM projects, all can edit the summary field except one. I want to enable the summary field for editing for that project that it can't as well, but I could not find where to modify the setting(s).

Permission of that project look okay when compare to other projects.

Can someone help me please?

Hi Elaine,

Make sure that the Summary field is on the Edit screen for the project.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
