Unable to find custom field in portal form

Hello , I'm having trouble finding the custom field after creating it 

its linked to the project

The screen for the issue type

and locked to the issue type in the custom field editor 

but nothing shows up 

we have close to 300 custom fields

Please check:

• customfield is added on screen in JSM project
• customfield is added on request form
• customfield context allow displaying it on your JSM project

Yes to all the above . when I add custom field its configured right, but nothing shows.

but other ones I create show up fine 

currently its linked to ASSETS FIELD but I want to link to custom field  

I can search the jira link in the form builder but its not there 

the custom field is weeks old so its not system delay

still not able to link the field in forms.

it shows in the agent fields.

it's in the create screen for the project, same as other fields and assets. 

Never shows up and is not found in searches when linking the fields in the form
