The following Atlassian Page (Manage Jira Service Management customer accounts | Atlassian Support) depicts the option to enable knowledge base viewing access to portal-only customers as reflected in attached screenshot. However, I am unable to see this option in Confluence. Pls. guide. Need to provide access to portal-only customers, without using anonymous access in Confluence
You can enable the option in this patch:
1. Your JSM project, go to Project Settings
2. Go to Knowledge base.
3. Link a space that you've created ou create a new one.
