Unable to link Production Confluence Site/Space to JSM

1. I am logged into (as a Site Admin) JSM project settings (cloud instance). 
2. I clicked on Knowledge Base --> Try Now --> selected the "Confluence" tab
   • From the "Select a Site" drop list, I see our test Confluence site (cloud instance) and spaces. 
   • For some reason, my production Confluence site is not an option. 
3. If I click "Embedded Knowledge Base" instead, then I do see my Production Site (selected by default and unable to change the selection).  

How can add my production site as an option from the Site drop list under Confluence.  Note, Jira and Confluence are on the same domain

Hi @Maralee You need to unlink your Production site from the "Embedded Knowledge Base". Now it will appear under the Knowledge bases. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your response. I do not have an Embedded Knowledge Base configured either, apologies for the confusion.  I was just noting that if I select Embedded, I do see the correct Production site as an option. It's only when I select Confluence that I see my test site option listed.
