Unable to migrate JSM project to cloud

Hello,

I am currently doing a test migration and stuck with an error regarding group

ERROR ITMS project-export Group reference could not be found. Check if the group reference: "JIRA Support" exists.

The JIRA Support is not existed in jira server. kindly advise.

Good day. 

ERROR ITMS project-export Group reference could not be found. Check if the group reference: "JIRA Support" exists.

Please note that for the project ITMS, There are some references related to the group JIRA Support. However, the group JIRA Support doesn't exist anymore on your Server system. 

In order to resolve this

1. You can either create a dummy group with the name JIRA Support on your server 
2. Or you can also try to check if there are any group references on the Project ITMS ( it can be on Project roles, Schemes, etc)
