We have fixed the original problem and are now receiving responses to tickets, from customers. However, we would like to know if we can access our Atlassian Account anywhere to find a list of ticket not received over the last month or so?

Are the mails stored and available anywhere for us to go find?

AFAIK, there is no way to access the email inbox for Cloud. Assuming you are on on the free version, you might open a ticket directly with Atlassian Support.
