Unable to remove Customers from Service Desk Cloud

How do I remove a Customer from Service Desk?

I no longer see any way to either de-activate or delete a Customer.

We were previously able to delete.

You need to be a Jira admin (not just project):

  • Jira settings
  • User management
  • Jira Service Desk
  • find the customer, click on ellipses on the far right and select "revoke access". you could choose "delete access" but I would recommend against that. The only time I choose that option is if i know they have never been involved in any issues (reporter, request participant, etc.) and i know they will never return as a customer. This last bit is rarely definitive so I can count the number of time I have deleted an account on two fingers. ;-)
