Unable to remove Organization from Jira site

Hi Team,

I have created few Organizations which i was not supposed to do it.

Now i am trying to delete the organization from Jira [Customers]. I could see the list of newly added organizations but when i navigate to Organization for deletion / removal, it shows blank.

We use CRM plugin for Customers Management. I have deleted the entries in CRM as well.

Please help me to delete the Organizations which i wanted to remove. Please note that i have tried Rest API as well.

Hi @Sudar Aazhi It appears that you already have a support case for this over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/30/PS-158801

I would recommend following up in that support case, so that we can avoid duplicating efforts to resolve this.

Hi @Sudar Aazhi ,

The error mostly translates to the Org ID not being found, but since you've mentioned "CRM plugin for Customers Management", you may want to check with the Plugin's support team to see if they can assist in debugging this error.

I've added the Atlassian Support label to this thread too, perhaps they might be able to assist with the error too.
