I'm using the new Jira Service Desk. In order to only show certain request types on the front end, the documentation says to go to the portal, customize it, then remove that particular request type from the group. This has worked except for a specific Request Type called "Request a new account". Every time I drag it into the area marked for "Drop here to Remove Request Type", it disappears from the list for a fraction of a second, then comes right back.
I was able to remove the other request types, so why can I not remove this specific request type?

This seems to be an issue on the cloud version itself.
I would recommend trying to delete all fields inside that request type and, then, trying to remove it.
If you have access to Atlassian Support, you can also raise a support request with them.
