Unable to search issue number

Hi Guys,

Hope you all are doing well,

I am trying to search an issue with issue-id for a specific project.

I am trying to search an issue with issue-id and the search bar is project specific where I am finding below error. While If I search an issue with main search then it's working. So please let me know what is the concern with project specific search.

It could be the issue as deleted as mentioned by Jack or you don't have access to it due to security level.

Check those two options.

It is possible that it was deleted. Can you use advanced search JQL

key = abc-123

@Aaron Pavez [ServiceRocket] and @Jack Brickey give excellent options.

A 3rd one could be that you are not granted permissions on the specific project.
