Unable to see assets in Jira Service Management

I cannot see assets in Jira Service Management using the Linked Assets field. I have created asset objects within Assets - Can someone please advice on how to link them together.

You can follow this tutorial on how to create custom fields, but you have to be in the JSM premium tier: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8oRZhGGB-ns 

The Link Assets may be coming from a different plugin.
