Unable to see the Average age report in jira service desk

Hi Team, 

could you please help to provide the solution  to add average age report for the unresolved issues in service desk. i see solution was mentioned to browse report i.e. Average Age Report. However i am unable to see any such report in my JIRA service desk cloud version

kindly help as for now i selected one gadget i.e. average age chart but that is not upto mark as that is not giving me exact issue number and dates to match

I’m not 100% sure and I am not where I can easily verify at the moment but I do not believe that report exists under Reports. If you have JSW you can create a Dashboard and use the Average age gadget.
