The DNS seems to have failed in the verification stage, would recommend starting from scratch and adding all values in your DNS provider again.
As per https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/copy-and-add-dns-records-to-your-domain-provider/, if you hover over the X mark you should get a more precise error, please can u share that too.

This is a second account using the same domain, I am able to verify the DNS records using a different atlassian account but not this one
